Technique Spotlight This month's technique is hosted by Diva Lyn Avedikian Pearl Ex & Oil Pastel Technique
Step 1 & 2			Step 1: Scribble the oil pastel over the entire cardstock. Blend colors carefully with a paper towel or your fingers.
Step 2: Dust the pastel background with your favorite color of Pearl Ex Powder. Step 3: Stamp an image onto the background using dye ink. Rangers or Memories work well.			Step 2 More space
			Step 4: Cut out your stamped image and mount onto your card. Explore different color combinations.

Pearl Ex & Oil Pastel Technique
